While that series was about wrestlers, so far this one is about a baseball player, probably my favorite type of athlete. Of course I'm going back and reading all of those as I can, because they are so good. I'm also glad to be getting in on the series at the beginning, since I didn't get in at the beginning of the How to Date a Douchebag series. As it was, I did stay up later than I should have reading it. If this was summer and school was out, I'm pretty sure I'd have stayed up reading one night until I finished it. I definitely feel like the characters were normal in their nervousness about who would be the first to actually use the "L" word. Especially when he was trying to give Rowdy the safe sex talk. In fact I loved Rowdy's mom, a romance writer. No cheating, no unrealistic jealousy over things that are just something a normal person would realize was the past. Two characters that become friends and that turns into more.

As much as I do enjoy those stories, sometimes it is just nice to sit back and read and enjoy a sweet love story. The fact that there isn't necessarily a huge tragedy or horrible back story is really nice sometimes. I'm pretty sure I've decided that Sara Ney can do no wrong.
